I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Valencia Hotel in San Antonio, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The location was perfect. You’re close to the river walk of course and a bunch of local mom and pop restaurants. The valet was super sweet and helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. The inside has this beautiful warm glow that is very inviting. The room service / front desk were very accommodating and quick to bring us food or anything else we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was like a cloud. It was very quiet and relaxing. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time.

I thought that the hotel was very elegantly decorated and had very professional staff. I thought that the room was very pleasant and clean. The room overlooked the river which was very nice to see but would have nicer if the windows opened.

Our stay was a 10 out of 10. The staff was amazing so helpful and friendly. They go beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is immaculate and so nice. It’s a warm welcoming feeling like no other. Our room was decorated perfectly. Our room was a large room with a very nice bathroom. The shower was great and amazingly hot water after a full day of exploring the city. This is a great location to all the attractions and the Riverwalk.

The room is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The robes are a welcome touch. As it was our anniversary a bottle of champagne and chocolates greeted us at the room. An elegant hotel with terrific staff, will come back for another special occasion.

Great, friendly, and very accommodating staffs--Larissa is awesome. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and located at a great location. We were very happy with our staying for a weekend getaway. Also the complementary coffee is very delicious. The hotel Derrego's restaurant is awesome.

This was twice that I've stayed at the Hotel Valencia on the Riverwalk and have enjoyed my stay each time . It's located right on the Riverwalk and is so close to so many sights and restaurants which made for a great experience. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to , and the room was very clean just as I expected it to be. Thank you for wonderful vacation.
