From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. Every aspect of my stay at this remarkable hotel was nothing short of outstanding, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating. First and foremost, the hotel's location is ideal. Situated in the heart of San Antonio, it provides easy access to the city's vibrant attractions and landmarks. Whether you're seeking cultural exploration or a lively nightlife scene, the Valencia Hotel is perfectly positioned for you to immerse yourself in the best of what San Antonio has to offer. The moment I entered my room, I was captivated by the elegant and sophisticated design. The attention to detail was remarkable, with modern amenities seamlessly integrated into the tasteful decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The location was perfect. You’re close to the river walk of course and a bunch of local mom and pop restaurants. The valet was super sweet and helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. The inside has this beautiful warm glow that is very inviting. The room service / front desk were very accommodating and quick to bring us food or anything else we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was like a cloud. It was very quiet and relaxing. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time.

Our room was decorated perfectly. Our room was a large room with a very nice bathroom. The shower was great and amazingly hot water after a full day of exploring the city. This is a great location to all the attractions and the Riverwalk.
